Monitoring the Coronavirus

Dear Customers, Friends & Family,

At SB One, being prepared is always top of mind, that’s why we are well underway implementing our contingency plans around COVID-19.

Our primary goals are to limit our customers’ and employees’ exposure to the virus and to minimize business disruptions. We have already deployed our disaster preparedness processes, and you will begin seeing more evidence in our branches and through our frequent communication.

At this point, because banking is an essential service,  we decided to keep all of our 17 branches operating as usual.  However, we are reducing the number of branch staff, and some employees are working remotely to minimize the risk of large groups. We continue to plan accordingly in the event of future staffing changes.

We are taking a number of precautions to limit any potential exposure, including the following:

  • We have increased sanitized cleaning in all locations;
  • We are not allowing customers or non-employees in back-office operations;
  • We are enforcing social distancing which is key to reducing risk;
  • Finally, we are encouraging customers to use our Digital Bank platform versus walking into a branch.

We understand that each customer is impacted differently, and our relationship managers are reaching out to those who are directly affected and offering relief where needed.

The health of our employees and customers is paramount, and we will continue to keep you updated as more information is available. Any questions or concerns, please contact us directly at
